Hi @hbr as mentioned previously accountright premier v1915 is not supported on either server 2019 or on a terminal server environment this means i am not able to provide any technical support related to this product on this operating system although server 2019 may have a similar base code, that doesn’t mean it is exactly the same and as accountright premier v1915 is not certified as. As a workaround, we are continuing to use premier v19.15 and using free stp software to comply with the ato requirements which is working quite well. having said all that my question is about the monthly subscription for "support". if myob classic is no longer supported after 30 september 2019, what "support" will my client be paying for?.
